As a psychological counsellor and coach, I create workshop spaces where reflection meets action. My workshop series is structured around three essential dimensions of personal growth: The Brain, where you explore your deeply held beliefs, understand how they have been holding you back, and learn to handle your mind with more flexibility. The Heart, where you deepen emotional awareness and connect with your core values: And The Hands, where insights turn into meaningful action and lasting behavioural change. This holistic approach integrates evidence-based psychological principles - including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and depth psychology - with practical, real-world application.

Turn insight into action. Learn to take committed, value-driven steps in everyday life, building habits that align with your values and authentic self. The focus is on translating awareness and values into concrete, meaningful action.
