About Me

For much of my life, I focused on improving the world around me - working as a scientist, manager, and consultant to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We made great progress, but something was missing. Having grown up in some of the wealthiest countries in the world, I was puzzled by why so many people, despite having material abundance, are stressed, depressed, and disconnected.

While humanity has engineered the outside world in countless ways, we’ve done little to engineer how we are within ourselves.

This realization led me to shift my career focus and pursue education in psychology, coaching, and mindfulness. Today, my purpose is to work on the Inner Development Goals, helping people transform from the inside out to create lasting peace, strength, and a sense of purpose. When we master our inner world, we can navigate the external world with ease and make a more profound impact.

If you have any questions or want to explore how I can support your journey, feel free to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Sustainable Developer 👷🏼

My career gives me purpose. I want to support and inspire sustainable transformation processes. For years, my work has been focused on developing solutions for environmental problems. Today, I focus on helping people master their inner state to become the best version of themselves. By cultivating a strong inner foundation, my clients can navigate the external world with confidence and ease, creating a profound impact not only in their own lives but also in the lives of their families and communities. It’s about fostering lasting change that begins within and radiates outward.

Mind(fulness) Enthusiast 🧘🏼‍♂️

I believe that understanding & nurturing the mind holds the key to personal well-being and the potential for meaningful change in the world. Therefore, I took a break from work to study the mind/ brain both from a modern science and ancient wisdom perspectives. I took psychology courses at Yale University, did a coaching program in Switzerland, and joined mediation & mindfulness retreats in Asia (such as in the picture @Kopan monastery, Nepal). Now, I bring everything together to support my clients on their growth journey.

Take care of your body, it is the only place you have to live. Having grown up with both my parents as medical doctors, this sentence is burned into my mind. A balanced diet, quality sleep, and regular exercise (yes, football is my big passion) are non-negotiable for me. They are the foundation of a health body. And as it turns out, a healthy mind as well. Body and mind are deeply interconnected via the nervous and endocrine systems. They can support - or damage - each other. That's why I have integrated body-work into my coaching.
