About Me
My mission is to support people on their inner transformation processes so they can live with greater purpose, clarity, and wellbeing.
For much of my life, I worked as a scientist, manager, and consultant supporting projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We made progress, but something was missing. Having grown up in some of the wealthiest countries in the world, I was puzzled by a paradox: despite material abundance, many people - including myself - were struggling with stress, anxiety, and disconnection.
This led me to study psychology and mindfulness, completing coursework at Yale University and the Paracelsus School, attending meditation retreats in Asia (including the one pictured below at Kopan Monastery, Nepal), and earning a coaching qualification. You find all of my credentials verified on PsychologyToday. Through this journey, one key insight became clear to me:
While humanity has engineered the outside world in countless ways, we’ve done little to engineer our internal world.
We have shaped the external world in impressive ways, from technological innovations to global connectivity. But our inner world - our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and values - often remains unchanged. This is precisely where the key to real quality of life lies.
I co-founded a new psychological practice in Zurich, where we work with clients in therapy, psychological counseling, and coaching formats to develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and resilience. I will support you in stress management, anxiety management, and the release of inner blockages.

I believe that understanding & nurturing the mind holds the key to personal well-being and the potential for meaningful change in the world. I mediate daily, actively integrate my values into my actions, and take regular retreats about mindfulness.
Take care of your body, it is the only place you have to live. Having grown up with both my parents as doctors, this sentence is burned into my mind. A balanced diet, quality sleep, and regular exercise (yes, football is my big passion) are non-negotiable for me. They are the foundation of a health body. And as it turns out, a healthy mind as well.
