From Crisis to Contribution Workshop
A psychology-based self-development workshop for people in phases of change, uncertainty or transition.
What is this workshop about?
A space to pause and reflect
Many of us go through life reacting to pressure, expectations and outside demands. We achieve, adapt and keep going, but rarely pause long enough to ask what is actually driving us.
This workshop creates that space. You will develop a better understanding of yourself, your patterns and your emotional responses. You will also reconnect with what matters to you and leave with concrete next steps for your everyday life.
Greater emotional resilience
A more stable sense of self-worth
Greater self-awareness
A clearer sense of what really matters to them
Concrete first steps that feel achievable
Participants typically leave with:
What we explore
The workshop follows the same structure as the workbook From Crisis to Contribution. However, rather than being presented as text on paper, it takes the form of a guided experience. The workshop unfolds across six interconnected phases:
1. Mindfulness
Learning to be fully present in the here and now. Not getting caught up in worries about the future, and not constantly dwelling on the past. Action is only possible in the present moment.
2. Self-awareness
To gain a better understanding of one’s own beliefs, emotional patterns and unconscious behavioural strategies.
3. Perception
We do not see the world as it is, but as we are. Recognising our own perceptual filters and biases is the foundation for greater clarity and conscious decision-making.
4. Self-regulation
Understanding how the brain works, regulating the nervous system and letting go of the struggle with things we cannot control.
5. Direction and Values
To clarify what really matters. To develop a sense of direction, meaning and purpose in one’s own life and work.
6. Action and habits
Translate insights into concrete behaviour. Without action, insights remain ineffective.
