Through movement, breathwork, and mindful body awareness, I’ll guide you in cultivating a healthy mind through the wisdom of your body.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps us accept things we cannot change, let them go, and instead use our energy to create the life we want to live. To implement these steps, ACT uses six core processes as a foundation. They are visualized at the corners of a hexagon (see graphic on the right). There are over 1,000 RCTs (randomized controlled trials, the gold standard of research) published in peer-reviewed journals that demonstrate the effectiveness of ACT.
St. Galler Coaching Model
This model is a systemic, value-oriented, and context-independent process. Its high effectiveness has been scientifically validated multiple times. It is characterized by a holistic approach in which (1) all relevant aspects of the client's issue are taken into account, (2) the desired outcome is at the center of the developmental process, and (3) all types of change processes can be guided independently of the context (professional or private topics). Four to five process steps are undertaken, utilizing various methods (e.g., Inner Child Work, NLP) to address the core of the problem and thereby enhance the desired value.
I use various evidence-based methods in my practice to help you overcome your challenges and accelerate your well-being and purpose.. Mostly, I apply methods from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the St. Gallen Coaching Model (SCM).
